Six growth levers, beyond the platforms

A campaign works at its best when everything around it works with it. These are the six areas I work on with my clients.

Positioning

Every market follows the innovation adoption curve: a few pioneers, then the early adopters, then the majority. Each group buys for a different reason: the first ones want a head start, the majority wants proof.

My role: I place your customer on this curve, then compare your offer with what your market already provides. Together, we turn your difference into a message that speaks to the right part of the curve.

Measurement and data

Algorithms learn like a student: with the right answer key, they improve fast. That answer key is your conversion data.

My role: I make your tracking reliable and send your real sales back to the ad platforms. I recommend starting here, because every other lever builds on it.

Neuromarketing

Behind every click there is a human being, with emotions and mental shortcuts. Many of our choices come from intuition, and reason comes afterwards to justify them.

My role: I start from your customer's buying psychology: what reassures them and what makes them act. I use proven mechanisms, such as social proof or the way an offer is framed, in your ads and on your page.

Landing page

The click is bought, the page converts. Your page is a salesperson talking to all your visitors at once: every friction you remove makes your whole budget more profitable.

My role: I rank the friction points on the page that receives the click by what they cost. My recommendation starts with the first one to fix, the one that pays back fastest.

Technology and tools

Advertising and AI tools change every month. Well chosen, they save hours and give you an early edge in your market.

My role: I explore for you. I test new features as soon as they ship, and your campaigns adopt the ones that have proven themselves. You get the right choice, with the reason behind it.

Process and systems

A good decision made once gives one result. Turned into a system, it runs every month and improves each time, like compound interest.

My role: I turn what works into a repeatable routine, with automated checks and regular reports. Your growth then rests on a method.

Pick a lever to see how I work on it.

Audience, product and market

Audience, product & market

The starting point: who you are talking to, what your product really solves, and where it stands against the competition. The real search terms of your market show how your customers phrase their need.

Measurement and data

Measurement & data

The foundation. If the tracking is incomplete, every decision built on it is distorted. The more reliable the data sent to the algorithms, the more precise their bidding and our decisions become.

Paid acquisition tied to margins

Paid acquisition

Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads and the newer platforms, managed by profit. Every euro invested is tied to your real margins, and the budget goes where demand is profitable.

Offer and conversion journey

Offer & conversion journey

A message aligned with what your market values converts better, so every visit is worth more. I give you concrete recommendations on your offer, your landing page and your funnel, and the campaigns put them to the test.

In practice

What I take care of.

Audience, product & market

Who your audience is, which values drive their decisions, how they phrase their need in Google, and what your market already offers. We then know where your offer brings the most value, and where spending is pointless.

Roadmap & goals

What success looks like, what the growth targets are, and how paid acquisition fits into the bigger picture. A short roadmap, with an order and the criteria to move from one step to the next.

Offer & positioning

Together we clarify what makes you unique, translate it into a simple message, and test it against real data. Positioning is tested continuously in the campaigns, and every test strengthens it.

Conversion journey

A read of your landing pages and your funnel with behavior data, then recommendations ranked by expected effect. A paid click that lands on a slow or off-topic page is lost budget.

To avoid

The 4 mistakes that slow growth the most.

They have one thing in common: wanting to speed up before looking at where you step.

  1. Looking for the shortcut before the foundation

The words growth hacking promise shortcuts. The ones that last are rare: what grows a business over time is a measured acquisition system, improved week after week. A trick wears out, a system gets sharper.

  2. Accelerating on incomplete tracking

Raising a budget when part of the conversions escapes measurement is deciding from a blurry photo. The algorithms learn from what you send them: partial data gives miscalibrated bidding.

  3. Managing by volume and not by margin

More leads or more sales does not mean more profit. My recommendation is to set, from the start, the acquisition cost your margin can carry, product by product, and to let that number decide the budgets.

  4. Separating acquisition from the offer

A well-tuned campaign on a vague offer brings visitors who leave. The offer, the page and the ad form one chain: working on one link at a time, without looking at the other two, moves the problem instead of solving it.

How it works

From the technical foundation to growth, step by step.

A simple, smooth process is what produces results.

  1. Understand

Your audience, your product, your market, your margins and your goals. You leave with a short roadmap: the work in order, and the criterion that moves you from one step to the next.

  2. Build the foundation

Bringing tracking and data up to standard, then a review of what exists: the logic behind the current structure, the tests already run, and what actually worked.

  3. Accelerate

Once the foundation is solid: where to push the budget, which queries or audiences have untapped potential, which offer and page tests to run, and how fast your margins let you scale.

I am with you at every step.

Commitment

With Or Without A Commitment: Two Ways To Work Together

I offer to work with or without a commitment, because each option has its advantages depending on the moment.

Month To Month

The work continues as long as it makes sense for you.

The Benefits

  • You adjust or stop the work from one month to the next, with full flexibility.
  • Ideal to start working together and judge on results.

Good To Know

Visibility builds month by month, with a strategy planned in shorter cycles.

Agreed Term

We set a length together from the start, for more stability.

The Benefits

  • A clear horizon to plan the strategy and the tests over several months.
  • You know the cost of the work for the whole period in advance, for a predictable budget.

Good To Know

The agreed term runs to its end, with less room to change course if your priorities shift along the way.

Each option has its moment. I am open to both, and we discuss it together at the quote stage.

Either way, for a first launch or a first campaign test, I recommend 2 to 3 months minimum, to gather as much data as possible before judging how well an account or a campaign performs.

FAQ

Questions, Answers

What growth marketing covers, the way I practise it.

What Is Growth Marketing?

Growth marketing, as I practice it, connects four pieces of work: understanding your market, measurement, paid acquisition and the conversion journey, so your growth rests on a system. A business grows like a plant, roots before leaves: understanding the market and reliable measurement first, the campaigns second. My field is paid acquisition and measurement; on the offer, the website and the funnel, I recommend and prioritize, and your team or your service providers carry it out.
