Six growth levers, beyond the platforms

A campaign works at its best when everything around it works with it. These are the six areas I work on with my clients.

Positioning

Every market follows the innovation adoption curve: a few pioneers, then the early adopters, then the majority. Each group buys for a different reason: the first ones want a head start, the majority wants proof.

My role: I place your customer on this curve, then compare your offer with what your market already provides. Together, we turn your difference into a message that speaks to the right part of the curve.

Measurement and data

Algorithms learn like a student: with the right answer key, they improve fast. That answer key is your conversion data.

My role: I make your tracking reliable and send your real sales back to the ad platforms. I recommend starting here, because every other lever builds on it.

Neuromarketing

Behind every click there is a human being, with emotions and mental shortcuts. Many of our choices come from intuition, and reason comes afterwards to justify them.

My role: I start from your customer's buying psychology: what reassures them and what makes them act. I use proven mechanisms, such as social proof or the way an offer is framed, in your ads and on your page.

Landing page

The click is bought, the page converts. Your page is a salesperson talking to all your visitors at once: every friction you remove makes your whole budget more profitable.

My role: I rank the friction points on the page that receives the click by what they cost. My recommendation starts with the first one to fix, the one that pays back fastest.

Technology and tools

Advertising and AI tools change every month. Well chosen, they save hours and give you an early edge in your market.

My role: I explore for you. I test new features as soon as they ship, and your campaigns adopt the ones that have proven themselves. You get the right choice, with the reason behind it.

Process and systems

A good decision made once gives one result. Turned into a system, it runs every month and improves each time, like compound interest.

My role: I turn what works into a repeatable routine, with automated checks and regular reports. Your growth then rests on a method.

Pick a lever to see how I work on it.

Volume And Accuracy

The Algorithm Aims At What You Measure

To hit the mark it needs two things at once: enough conversions to steady its aim, and conversions that reflect your real sales.

Enough conversions, accurate measurement

Ground You Can Decide On

Hits cluster in the centre: the algorithm aims at your sales, and extra budget has a predictable effect.

Enough conversions, skewed measurement

Noise

A tight group, off target: the numbers look healthy, and the algorithm learns fast in the wrong direction.

Few conversions, accurate measurement

The Sample

The right target, too few hits: the algorithm is still looking for what works, and cost swings from week to week.

Few conversions, skewed measurement

Fog

Few hits, far from the centre: every decision comes down to a manual call.

Volume steadies the aim, accuracy picks the target: the algorithm needs both.

Commitment

With Or Without A Commitment: Two Ways To Work Together

I offer to work with or without a commitment, because each option has its advantages depending on the moment.

Month To Month

The work continues as long as it makes sense for you.

The Benefits

  • You adjust or stop the work from one month to the next, with full flexibility.
  • Ideal to start working together and judge on results.

Good To Know

Visibility builds month by month, with a strategy planned in shorter cycles.

Agreed Term

We set a length together from the start, for more stability.

The Benefits

  • A clear horizon to plan the strategy and the tests over several months.
  • You know the cost of the work for the whole period in advance, for a predictable budget.

Good To Know

The agreed term runs to its end, with less room to change course if your priorities shift along the way.

Each option has its moment. I am open to both, and we discuss it together at the quote stage.

Either way, for a first launch or a first campaign test, I recommend 2 to 3 months minimum, to gather as much data as possible before judging how well an account or a campaign performs.

FAQ

Questions, Answers

Everything companies ask me before handing over their advertising budget.

What’s The Difference Between Google Ads, Meta Ads And YouTube Ads, And Which One Should You Choose?

Each channel answers a different moment of the buying journey.

Google Ads captures intent: the user is already looking for a solution, which makes it ideal for converting existing demand (Search, Shopping).

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) targets cold audiences by interests and behaviors: perfect for creating demand and introducing an offer.

YouTube Ads builds the brand and feeds the top of the funnel with video, drawing on Google’s data.

The right choice depends on your goal, your maturity and your budget. Most of the time, the real question isn’t “which one” but “in what order and with what split”: that’s precisely the role of a multi-channel strategy.

Should You Launch Everything At Once Or Start With A Single Channel?

It’s often better to start with the channel closest to your existing demand (usually Google Ads, on intent) to secure a profitable base, then open Meta and YouTube to create demand upstream. Launching three channels at once without reliable tracking or a sufficient test budget scatters the investment and makes learning impossible. The right sequence depends on your goal and your margin.

What Budget Do You Need To Get Started With Paid Media?

There is no universal minimum budget. What matters is that each channel gets enough budget to exit its learning phase and collect a usable volume of conversions. Spreading a small budget across three platforms at once gives you three campaigns that never learn. It’s better to concentrate investment where it produces, and to plan a share dedicated to testing. The right budget is the one that gives the algorithms enough data to learn, rather than a number decided in advance.

Why Is Tracking (GA4 / GTM) So Important In Paid Media?

Because every channel optimizes on the conversion data you send back to it. If measurement is wrong or incomplete, Google, Meta and YouTube optimize blindly and the budget goes to the wrong place. A clean tracking foundation (server-side conversions, deduplication, Consent Mode v2, GA4 and Google Tag Manager set up correctly) is the first building block of any lasting performance: that’s why I always start there.

How Long Does It Take To Get Results?

The first data shows up within the first few days, but it usually takes 2 to 4 weeks for the algorithms to exit their learning phase and start optimizing effectively. Demand-creation channels (Meta, YouTube) often need a bit more patience than intent capture (Google Search), because their effect is measured across the whole journey, not just on the last click. For a launch, I recommend at least 2 to 3 months of management: that is the time the algorithms need to finish learning, and for performance to rest on enough conversions to make decisions. It is a recommendation, and you stay free to choose the length.

How Do You Measure Real Profitability When Several Channels Run Together?

By looking beyond the ROAS reported by each platform, which over-attributes its own conversions. We cross-check with GA4 and the CRM, look at incrementality (what you would have sold without the ads) and reason at the funnel level rather than channel by channel. YouTube and Meta often start sales that Google captures on the last click: judging only on the last click wrongly penalizes the channels that create demand.

Do You Work Directly Or Through An Agency?

Directly, with no intermediary. I’m the one who audits, structures and runs your Google Ads, Meta Ads and YouTube Ads accounts, and I’m your point of contact. You remain the owner of your ad accounts and your tracking, and the reports explain the decisions made.

In What Formats Can We Work Together?

Three frameworks depending on your needs: a one-time engagement with a defined deliverable (audit, setup, roadmap), a recurring role like a part-time acquisition manager, or ongoing monthly management of your campaigns. Each engagement is priced per project, after analyzing your situation.

Accelerate your growth.
